Who processes the data

What data we process
- First name, surname, e-mail address, position and the organisation on whose behalf the training takes place; personal identity code — only if provided by the employer.
- Learning progress: assigned courses, module progress, test answers and results, issued certificates.
- Login and usage data: login time, active time in the system, views and clicks on announcements (banners).
- Administrator activity log: who changed data in the system and when.
Why
To provide occupational safety training, check knowledge, issue and verify certificates, and allow the employer to prove that training took place. Legal basis — the employer's legal obligations and legitimate interests.
How long we keep it
Learning results and certificates — as long as they are needed to prove the training. Login, usage and banner statistics — 12 months. Data of a deactivated user is no longer shown but is kept so that certificates can still be verified.
Who sees the data
Your organisation's administrator sees the data of your organisation's employees; the system administrator sees all data. On the certificate verification page, anyone with the certificate number sees the first name, the first letter of the surname, the organisation, the course and the validity.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
